Bookmarked 📌 The Epithalon and info in this thread is essential. Coming back to this for sure.

nancy_portland — that is really helpful context on Epithalon and telomere. Follow-up question: did you experience any side effects during this phase?

I am in a similar situation (about to start) and trying to set realistic expectations.

OP here — wow, did not expect this much response! Thank you all for the thoughtful replies on Epithalon and telomere.

To answer JakeSmashed95: I get my labs done through Quest every 3 months.

Quick update: my latest labs came back even better. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion — this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. 🙏

MounjBrad — that is really helpful context on Epithalon and telomere. Follow-up question: did you change anything about your diet at the same time?

I am in a similar situation (month 2) and trying to set realistic expectations.

Want to share my personal experience related to Epithalon and telomere biology since I think it might help others in a similar situation.

I started my GLP-1 journey in October 2024 at 277 lbs with prediabetes and hypertension. My endocrinologist prescribed semaglutide 0.25mg to start.

Now, 8 months later: I am down 72 lbs, my labs have normalized, and I am off 2 of my 3 medications. The Epithalon and aspect specifically was something that made a big difference in my journey.

This community helped me every step of the way.
