New Year goals check-in looking for — I finally have something positive to report and wanted to share.

After 6 months of ups and downs, things are clicking. My latest measurements confirmed what I have been feeling — this is working.

Not trying to brag — I know everyone's journey is different. Just want to put some positive energy out there for anyone who needs it today. ❤️

To answer the question about New Year goals check-in looking for input — in my experience this comes down to a few key factors.

I have been dealing with this for almost 2 years now, and what I have found is that individual responses really do vary. That said, the general consensus on New Year goals check-in seems solid.

What specifically worked for me: combining medication with structured exercise. I would suggest julia.endo try the same approach and reporting back.

Dr.SportsMedIN nailed it. Building on that — New Year goals check-in looking is something I discuss with my PCP regularly, and their clinical perspective aligns with what Dr.SportsMedIN described.

One thing I would add: the first few weeks are not representative of long-term results.

Clinical perspective on New Year goals check-in looking for:

I have managed ~150 patients on GLP-1 therapy and this topic comes up frequently. What the data shows — and what I see in practice — is that proper titration prevents most adverse events.

For this specific question, I would recommend: reviewing the relevant clinical guidelines.
