I respect oliver_london perspective but I think this oversimplifies things a bit. Re: Cheapest place to get sema — the subgroup analyses show meaningful heterogeneity.
I am not saying oliver_london wrong entirely — just that the picture is more nuanced than a blanket statement. The SURMOUNT data specifically shows baseline BMI-dependent responses.

Reading this thread on Cheapest place to get hits close to home. Night shift nurse — I started at 263 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.
