I respect bbq_ray_KC perspective but I think this oversimplifies things a bit. Re: Hydration tracking on GLP-1 — the subgroup analyses show meaningful heterogeneity.

I am not saying bbq_ray_KC wrong entirely — just that the picture is more nuanced than a blanket statement. The SURMOUNT data specifically shows baseline BMI-dependent responses.

Reading this thread on Hydration tracking on hits close to home. Night shift nurse — I started at 283 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

anna.melb_AU — that is really helpful context on Hydration tracking on. Follow-up question: did you change anything about your diet at the same time?

I am in a similar situation (month 2) and trying to set realistic expectations.
